Our Purpose
To be a biblical family of God, experiencing and expressing the love of God. The Great Commandment and the Great Commission are the foundation of who we are and what we do.
The Great Commandment: Jesus replied, “’Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it, “’Love your neighbor as yourself.’” (Matthew 22:37-39)
The Great Commission: “All authority in heaven and earth has been given to Me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:18-20)
Our Priorities
To glorify God through lives of corporate and individual praise (Hebrews 13:15)
To proclaim the Bible as the Word of God and ultimate authority (2 Timothy 3:16)
To trust God for everything concerning life and godliness (Philippians 4:6)
To care for God’s people through loving service to one another (Galatians 5:13)
To build up God’s people in biblical understanding, ministry skills and godly character (Ephesians 4:12)
To share the gospel of Christ in order to establish the church locally and globally (Acts 1:8)
To grow spiritually in the context of relationships (Hebrews 10:24-25)
