Missions and Missionaries

And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. Go, therefore, and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to follow all that I commanded you; and behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

Matthew 28:18-20

Grace Bible Church is dedicated to sharing the Good News of Jesus' death and resurrection, and seeks to be obedient to Christ's instruction of the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20). In participation with the Great Commission, Grace Bible Church both sends and partners with missionaries serving all over the world. We also have occasional local and international mission trips from the local church body.

Sending

We seek to share the Good News. Grace Bible Church sends and supports several missionaries who are serving around the globe. Grace has sent out short and long term missionaries, and continues to support our missionaries in the field, and those on furlough. Our desire is for the church body to interact with our missionaries through encouraging communications, prayer, and support.

Serving

Serving and supporting our missionaries can happen in various ways, through prayer, financial assistance, or through missions teams to the remote areas of the world. At other times, we send teams to serve and outreach in neighboring states. As well, today in the United States, there are refugees from various parts of the world coming to America. We have assisted in serving and outreach to the disenfranchised refugees in our own community.

Every year, the month of March is dedicated to Missions and the Sunday messages during that month are often from our missionaries.
